Orders are carefully wrapped and dispatched from New York within 1–2 business days. Domestic delivery typically takes 3–5 business days; international 7–14 business days. Tracking is provided for every order. Complimentary shipping on orders over $500.00.

Returns & exchanges

We want you to love your pieces. Unworn items with original tags may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Made-to-order and final-sale items are not eligible. To begin a return, contact us at orders@sovicouture.com with your order number.

Payment

We accept all major cards via secure Stripe checkout, as well as direct bank transfer. For bank transfers, your order is reserved and ships once payment clears.
